You will receive a course handout during the class that you can take home.

Duration: 4 hours, Thursday, 11 August, 5pm to 9pm
Language: This course is taught in English only.
Number of people: 3-6 participants
Equipment: You can train with our professional machines or simply bring your own machine to the course. If you bring your own please let us know beforehand and arrive 15 min ahead of time at our location.
Requirements: No previous experience is required to attend this course.
